- Being the second largest within our range, the AIS 2650 Cyclone can deal with large volumes of animal waste within the agricultural sector, from slaughterhouses through to extra-large animal carcasses including; Pigs & Sows, Poultry, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Rendering Operations, Meat Processors, Sheep, Equine.
- Impressive loading capacity of up to 2590kg / 5711 lbs, the AIS 2650 Cyclone also boasts a burn rate of up to *725kg/1599 Ibs per hour. This allows for the Bio-secure, regular disposal of large quantities of waste in the shortest time possible.
- Easy to load via a fully automated slide Open/Close lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving complete access to a very large main burning chamber.
- Fully programmable touch screen HMI control panel with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. Six burners are in the main chamber, with two above the grate bars and four below. Two additional burners are in the secondary chamber.
- Unique market leading grate bar technology for fast and complete incineration.
- Can be loaded whilst in operation maximizing the inherent thermal efficiency of our monolithic concrete lining, keeping running costs low.
- Ash doors as standard, allows the user to safely remove ash whilst the machine is in operation, so you can keep on loading and burning your waste, saving time.
- With built-in remote monitoring, this allows our engineers access to the control system so we can support you if needed whilst the incinerator is in operation.
- Built-in multi-channel thermocouple data logger to record the temperatures.
- This model is available as a Static, Mobile, or Transportable Incinerator.
- Optional Extra features include; Stack Extension / Ash Rake / Heat Exchanger / Control Panel screen size increase / Service Kits.
