- The AIS 3860 Cyclone is extremely efficient at dealing with large volumes of animal waste within the agricultural sector, from slaughterhouses through to large animal carcasses including; Pigs & Sows, Poultry, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Rendering Operations, Meat Processors, Sheep, Equine.
- With a loading capacity of up to 3750kg / 8269 lbs the AIS 3860 Cyclone is the largest within the range and boasts a burn rate of up to *1000kg/2205 Ibs per hour. This allows for the Bio-secure, regular disposal of large quantities of waste in the shortest time possible.
- Easy to load via a fully automated lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving complete access to an impressively large main burning chamber.
- Fully programmable touch screen HMI control panel with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. Five burners in the main chamber, with two above the grate bars and three below. Two additional burners are in the secondary chamber.
- Unique market leading grate bar technology for fast and complete incineration.
- Can be loaded whilst in operation maximizing the inherent thermal efficiency of our monolithic concrete lining, keeping running costs low.
- Ash doors as standard, allows the user to safely remove ash whilst the machine is in operation, so you can keep on loading and burning your waste, saving time and money.
- Built-in multi-channel thermocouple data logger to record the run times and temperatures.
- This model is available as a Static, Mobile, or Transportable Incinerator.
- Optional Extra features include; Stack Extension / Ash Rake / Heat Exchanger / Control Panel screen size increase / Service Kits / Remote monitoring, which allows for multi site asset management
