Introducing the AIS Pet Incinerators Range — Purpose-Built Pet-Crem Cyclones
We're proud to officially launch the AIS Pet Incinerators range — a brand-new family of purpose-built pet-crematorium (pet-crem) Cyclones, engineered specifically for pet crematoriums, veterinary clinics, and dignified animal aftercare providers.
After years of supplying agricultural and bio-secure incinerators to producers around the world, we've taken the same hand-built quality, monolithic concrete lining and Regenerative Heat Technology that defines our agricultural Cyclone range — and re-engineered it for the unique demands of the pet cremation sector.
A Range Built for Dignified Pet Cremation
The new range comprises four models designed to suit operations of every scale:
- AIS PCM Cyclone — the main pet-crem unit. Up to 4 pets per day, regenerative heat technology, front-loading dignified access.
- AIS PCS Cyclone — modular extension chambers (PCS1 / PCS2) that bolt onto the PCM. Scale up to 8 or 12 pets per day without replacing your original incinerator.
- AIS 026 Cyclone (Pet Crem) — compact front-loading unit suited to smaller pet crematoriums and clinics. Up to 54 kg / 120 lbs per hour.
- AIS 041 Cyclone (Pet Crem) — larger front-loading unit, rated for approximately 4 individual or 18 communal pets per day.
Every machine ships with the same 3-year (or 2,100-hour) parts and labour warranty as our agricultural Cyclones, with optional long-term service plans available.
Why a Dedicated Pet-Crem Range?
Pet cremation is fundamentally different from agricultural disposal. The handling needs to be dignified, the chamber access has to be respectful, and the throughput has to match the rhythm of a real pet crematorium business — whether that's a single vet clinic offering aftercare, or a multi-bay crematorium running individual and communal services side by side.
Our new range answers all of those needs:
- Front-loading dignified access on every model — full visibility of the chamber for loading and de-ashing.
- Modular growth path — start with a PCM, add PCS1 and PCS2 as your business grows.
- Individual and communal capability — particularly on the 041, which is rated for both modes within a single working day.
- PLC timer control with automatic burner shut-off and fast-ignition burners across the range.
- Loadable during operation, maximising the thermal efficiency of our trusted monolithic concrete lining and keeping running costs low.

Like every AIS Cyclone, the new pet-crem models are hand-built in the UK and U.S., lined with our trusted monolithic refractory concrete casting, and supported by the global AIS service network.
Optional extras across the range include the Animal Loading Trolley, Winch Assembly, USB Data Logger, Stack Extensions, Ash Rake, Larger Control Panel screen, Cremulator and full Service Kits — so the system can be specified exactly to the way your operation runs.
