Reduce time and cost — from hours to ash.
Less labour. Lower lifetime cost.
Incineration is a one-step process: load, burn, remove ash. Composting and rendering involve weeks of management, multiple touch-points, and ongoing third-party costs. Over the working life of an AIS Cyclone, the labour difference is significant.
One-step waste handling
Loading is fast and ergonomic. Burning is automated. Ash removal is straightforward — and on machines fitted with the optional ash door, it can happen without stopping the cycle.
No collection contracts
Owning the disposal step removes a recurring line on your operating budget. The capital cost of a Cyclone is typically recovered against the cost of collection within a defined payback period — and from there it's a saving.
Less manual handling
Compost windrows have to be turned, monitored and managed. Cyclones are loaded once, run on their own, and produce a stable ash that's easy to remove and dispose of.
