Space efficiency — a contained footprint.
Compact, defined, planned.
Space Efficiency
Composting systems need windrows, turning lanes, run-off control, fencing and buffer distances. An AIS Cyclone occupies a defined, hard-standing footprint — and is sized to the operation, not the other way round.
Defined site footprint
A Cyclone fits onto a concrete pad with a stack and a fuel feed. The footprint is finite and predictable — no expanding compost area to plan around.
Right-size to your volume
From the AIS 09 Cyclone (110 kg) to the AIS 3860 Cyclone (3,750 kg), there is a model engineered for your daily volume. You don't pay — in money or land — for capacity you don't need.
Works in confined sites
Many of our installations sit on operations where land is at a premium and biosecurity perimeters are tight. The Cyclone form factor was designed for that.
